What to Expect from Hypnosis

Typically, a hypnosis session lasts anywhere from 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

The first part of the session includes an in-depth interview in which you specify the outcome you desire.

Everyone processes information differently and in the interview you will discover your own personal processing style.

Once you have determined your preferred outcome, you will experience a comfortable state of relaxation for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

During this time, you will be given suggestions that are congruent with your processing style for optimal results.

Upon exiting hypnosis, you will feel alert, calm, relaxed and perhaps better than you’ve felt in a long time.
