Many times clients come in with a long list of things they would like to accomplish or change. And while I do believe that that’s entirely possible I also know that the subconscious mind doesn’t need to be weighed down with a lot of instructions. So we look for the common thread…let’s say you want to be calm when speaking publicly and quit biting your nails. Both of these clearly have stress as a common thread. Once your subconscious mind finds alternate ways of alleviating the stress response you’ll find yourself calmer in many areas of your life. And that’s because when you get to the root of the issue and resolve it subconsciously you’ll see the solution rippling out around you.
