The results were surprising…of the 4 groups the one that performed the best in breaking the smoking habit was the group that used hypnosis only.   Hypnosis  has a 68% to 75% success rate when it comes to smoking cessation.  So if you or someone you know needs help letting go of cigarettes, hypnosis can be an effective way to leading a healthier, more productive life.
